20/40 Focus is a subgroup within IOA committed to the improvement of the quality of life of young ostomates and those with related surgeries between the ages of 20 – 40.
It aims to identify the needs of young ostomates worldwide and work in conjunction with IOA’s regional associations to ensure these needs are met.
It provides a peer support network where young ostomates can seek non-medical advice and friendship.
